Small Business Grants For Women! The U.S. Government is America's largest provider of small business grants, loans, and venture capital for women owned small businesses! Under the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program, 10 government agencies having annual funds of more than $100 million, reserve 2.5% of these funds for government grant awards to small businesses. Under the Small Business Technology Research (STTR) Program, five government agencies with budgets of more than $1 billion, reserve 1.5% of these funds for government grant awards to collaborative efforts between small businesses and non-profit research institutions.
